He is my sunshine. The light he radiates onto me nurtures me, encourages me, warms my soul and inspires me to so many new and previously unknown heights. It lights up those places within me that seemed too dark or scary to approach and helps me to see them clearly for what they really are. From there, it is up to me to deal with any and all of it as I need and want to, while he allows me a safe and loving place to process it all.
