I can be a very social person, at times, and have been accused of 'knowing everyone' on many occations. One might think that I am an extrovert, although I also enjoy smaller groups and alone time, so am a bit of both. I don't often wish to be in the center of the limelight, although I do enjoy being a part of many different social circles, often in supporting roles. I am flattered to have been described by friends as generous and straight forward.

As a freelance graphic designer, Ragani solves a range of graphic challenges for many clients. She had been a graphic designer for over a decade and has held many roles, from trainer to Art Director.
Ragani joined her previous job at ApotheCom Associates in late 2001. As Senior Art Director, she developed and managed all the creative aspects of her clients’ accounts and ensured that the creative output met their strategic marketing needs. With over six years in healthcare communications and medical education, Ragani has design experience in a broad range of therapeutic areas, including dermatology, endocrinology, oncology, ophthalmology, neurology, and radiology. Past and current clients include Allergan, Alza, Amgen, AstraZeneca, Berlex, Biogen-Idec (formerly IDEC Pharmaceuticals), Dey Pharma, Genentech, GlaxoWellcome, Gore Medical, Ligand, Medtronic, NeurogesX, Neutrogena, Parke-Davis, PersonalMD.com, Telik, Wyeth-Lederle.
Prior to joining ApotheCom, Ragani was employed at FCB HealthCare as a Senior Digital Artist. Ragani has extensive experience in the creative implementation of medical communication concepts and designs. Her creative expertise includes design, layout, and production of symposia collateral, invitations, monographs, abstract books, slide kits, patient education brochures, CD-ROMs, newsletters, videos, training manuals, graphic standards manuals, scientific posters, medical illustrations, and web graphics.
Ragani has been the recipient of The RX Club Award of Excellence, The Mobius Advertising Awards Certificate of Outstanding Creativity, and the Medical Marketing Association International Awards of Excellence (IN-AWE) Gold Award for her illustrations. She earned a Bachelor of Industrial Arts degree in Graphic Design from San Francisco State University, California, and is a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.
