This little shop, located north of the Old Town area, us just chock full of every imaginable fiber in every stage of development. Want to learn to spin? This is your place. Dying to dye yarn? Ditto. Springwater is a non-profit school of fiber arts and offers a wide variety of classes. Just a knitter or crocheter? Fine selection of most of the major yarn brands plus a surprisingly big range of yummy locally dyed yarn that is a great value. Plenty of roving and other fiber available as well. I found the needles I had been looking for, no sweat and lots more to keep me busy for a long time to come.
