Just a block from King Street is the friendly blue doorway of Knit Happens, a fiber-holic's dream. The cozy shop is stuffed to the gills with every type of yarn you've been yearning for... from cotton to wool, to silk, to cashmere and all the high end novelty yarns to boot. Also basic supplies, needles, patterns and the like. They offer classes, see the website for schedule. Knit n' Nosh is every first Friday of the month from 5-7pm with refreshments provided.
