I am a novice hooper, but knew that I wanted a good hoop to start with. Miss Joule worked with me and came up with an amazing hoop, with colors that look PERFECT for me! ~and~ it breaks down! everyone who has seen it LOVES it! and they all wanted to know where I got it. so I'm tellin ya!
