Compensation: BOE



A technology company working with federal agencies in D.C (near Foggy Bottom Metro) developing a Domestic Budget System needs a Business Analyst to facilitate and schedule all stakeholders meetings, requirements gather sessions, and Joint Application Development (JAD) Sessions with the government.



You will prepare requirements, assign numbering schema’s to track requirements, build requirements traceability matrices for each software release, and perform total requirements management for the project. The BA’s should also have extensive experience developing use case (s) and scenarios, as well as creating Software Requirements Specifications.



You will work closely with the developers to update requirements specifications with derived requirements. You will be responsible for on-time contract delivery, accurate monthly reporting, and producing high quality requirements documentation to include clear and concise use cases.



Requirements:



o. 5+ years experience as a BA on software development projects (Required)

o. Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Access (Required)

o. Degree in applicable field (Required(

o. Experience using Rational is highly preferred

o. Experience with Requisite Pro, Clear Case and Clear Quest a plus

o. Experience with SharePoint a plus
