Works with Relationship Managers (and Team Leaders who manage a book of relationships) to meet client needs and expectations through the integrated delivery and service of credit, fiduciary, investment, specialized asset management and depository products. Serves as an additional point of contact to clients and/or as a backup for the Relationship Manager. Performs servicing and account maintenance activities such as transactions, deposits/transfers, etc. Performs administrative duties such as typing, filing, and copying, etc.
Qualifications Required:
Must have experience with account maintenance and servicing to include but not limited to deposits, transfers, and loans. Must have excellent customer service skills both in person and via phone.
Desired:
Banking center experience as a Personal Banker or Banking Center Manager
highly desirable
Bachelors Degree in Business is preferred.
Series 7 and/or 63 licensed
