A growing government contactor is seeking a Program Manager to oversee responsibilities associated with peer review contracts, supervise staff, provide budget management, monitor timelines, and provide quality assurance.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage the reviewer recruitment process, including all correspondences with reviewers, travel arrangements, and reviewer materials;
• Serve as the peer review meeting planner to make sure all on-site requirements are met.
• Oversee application screening process.
• Provide onsite assistance during peer reviews.

Skills:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5-6 years program management experience; minimum 3 years federal contracting experience; and minimum 3 years supervisory experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Window.
• Demonstrated ability as a strategic thinker and planner.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for up to 10% business related travel.
