This role will focus on business analysis for the Global Commodity and Index Products initiative (Alacrity). Alacrity is the strategic program for the delivery of a single global technology solution for Commodity Index, Notes and Complex Trading Businesses. Alacrity consists of a number of work streams targeting Market Making, Pricing and Risk, Trade Capture and Lifecycle Strategy, plus the build out of next generation tools and applications to help drive and deliver business growth opportunities.
* Working closely with the trading desk and development team, translate and capture requirements in support of the Index Product and Market Making initiatives
* Identifying common threads across products and identify synergies
* Develop a sound knowledge of all business areas and the effect of requested changes in relation to the strategic build across all work streams
* Manage and communicate requirements across global locations (Houston, London and New York)
