capacity: Service Level Management and negotiation, work program management, capital investment release process and reporting, documentation and outreach to clients and vendors.
• Oversee this functionality within the ISGTE business unit team and set a schedule or process and periodic reporting to the ISGTE-BU manager to ensure that a similar service is provided to all ISGTE service delivery managers, including:
• Coordinate response to new service requests or negotiations that have multiple technical components by working with clients and ISGTE service delivery managers and ISGFM to reach agreement on requirements and to package technical solutions for new service requests into one service proposal for the client that documents sets of service levels and measurements.
• Conduct annual reviews of existing OLAs with internal clients, TE Managers and FM to review services provided, customer satisfaction, and update the document for coming year.
• Liaise with ISG Program Management Office for process and schedule integration with departmental process.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs with customers in accordance with IT standards and specifications. Creates and maintains a database of KPIs and SLAs.
Qualifications:
• MA/MS in Business Management with an IT track or IT related field with 5 years experience in IT infrastructure related business management, preferably in a multi-system, multi-platform, mid- to large enterprise environment. Minimum requirement is BS/BA in noted field with 7 years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with broad array of IT Infrastructure components and terminology, including hardware and OS platforms, and data center and network operations, database and web platforms.
