The Branch Manager is responsible for providing a superior customer experience in the branch while meeting all business objectives. The Branch Manager manages a team of employees to ensure the daily sales, service and operational plans are embedded in the way we do business, while putting our customers at the forefront of all that we do. The Branch Manager should inspire, recognize, and provide a motivational environment through daily coaching.
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or equivalent work experience
• Previous Branch Manager or other Sales Management experience required
• Operations and service experience
• Five or more years of sales experience
• One or more years experience in customer service or cash handling
