Common areas include finished basement with fireplace and wet bar, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, deck with six person hot tub and yard with firepit. House is quiet after 10 p.m. on weeknights. Utilities are $150 per person, including electric, gas, water, cable tv and redundant internet connections for high availability. No couples. There are two other residents, me and 'Burning Bruce'.
