Suhaila Salimpour Format Workshops with Alexis (Washington, D.C.)

Have you always been curious about the Suhaila Salimpour Format, but not had the space to try it out? Or, are you a Suhaila Format veteran and jonesing for a place to practice with fellow format dancers? Well, Alexis Rodich (currently Suhaila Salimpour Format certified Level 2 and training in Level 3) has agreed to provide us with monthly three hour workshops to keep us in practice and help introduce new dancers to the format. If you are new to the Salimpour Format, your drills may be slower to give your body more time to adjust to the proper movement execution. If you are a veteran, Alexis will give you more complex and faster combinations to keep you on your toes - literally! :)
