September 21st Rock Creek Park Picnic site #9 Hoop Jam and pot luck picnic. Space is reserved and I have a permit. Plenty of space and picnic tables by rock creek. The site is reserved from 7:30 AM until 3:30 PM and 11AM ish to 3:00ish is about right for full on fun time. This is part 2, part 1 (June 15th) was posted to DC Hoopers on the revolution listserve and about a dozen hoopers enjoyed a great dance session. From Military Rd between 16th st and Connecticut ave exit to beach drive north ( away from the ranger atation) and the site is on the right. I will post more details later however want to get the word out sooner than...
