Professionals in the City invites you to come learn first-hand how wine is made. Discover the secrets of wine making and participate in an age-old tradition that will introduce you to other seasoned oenophiles as well as those who have just recently have come to appreciate a fine glass of wine.
Here's how it works:
An expert will explain the process of wine making, from beginning to end, before guiding you through the process step-by-step. In groups of 10, you will actually participate in the crafting of a wine designed especially for Professionals in the City members who attend. A few weeks later, you will return when the wine has matured so that it can be bottled, corked and labeled by you before you take it home to enjoy.
This is an opportunity that you won't want to miss! While you wait for your group to join in the wine making, we will have a light display of fruit and cheese for you to enjoy, you will also get the chance to mingle and meet new people! In addition to learning how to make your very own wine, you will sample a flight of 5 different kinds of wine. The tasting will be guided and experts will be on hand to answer any questions you might have about the wines you are enjoying.
After the event, you will have the opportunity to make and purchase other types of wine at your own expense.
Must be 21 years or older to attend.
